Dr.KMH is a premium multi-specialty healthcare group with a growing patient base. Our task was to design a digital experience that simplifies patient journeys across appointments, consultations, and medical records. The hospital wanted to strengthen its digital presence and improve how patients interact with doctors, appointments, medical records, and lab reports. We set out to design a unified web and mobile ecosystem that feels human, supportive, and easy to navigate, especially during moments of stress or urgency.

The Challenge

  • The hospital’s internal systems were centralized, but the user experience was fragmented.

We conducted interviews to understand the healthcare journey from different perspectives:

Doctors & Consultants – requiring faster context and clarity.
Administration Staff – coordinating appointments and patient flow.
Lab Technicians – sharing lab results and reports across departments.

These insights helped us map a patient-first flow that also reduces the load on hospital staff.
